InTheOutlet.com makes paying for your orders easy by providing a range of convenient payment options. Below is a guide to the different payment methods used by InTheOutlet.com, so you can choose the right way for you.

Paying with PayPal

PayPal is a secure and trusted payment processing service which allows you to shop online. PayPal can be used at InTheOutlet.com to purchase items by Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express), Debit Card, or E-check (i.e. using your regular Bank Account).

Using PayPal
You do not need to have a PayPal account before ordering from InTheOutlet.com.

1. On your Shopping Cart page, click Check out with PayPal after reviewing your items.
You will then leave InTheOutlet.com and enter PayPal's website.
2. Log in to your PayPal account, or create one if you haven't already.
3. Follow the on-screen instructions given by PayPal.

Advantages of using PayPal:
  • Payment is traceable. You can trace the status of your payment using your PayPal account.
  • Payment does not require you to use your credit card online (you can transfer directly from your bank account). If you do use your credit card through PayPal, InTheOutlet.com won't see your credit card number, minimizing the risk of unauthorized use.

Using Western Union
 
1. On your Shopping Cart page, click Continue Checkout after reviewing your items.
2. On the Billing, Shipping & Review page, under Payment Methods, select the Western Union option.
3. After checking the details of your order, click Place Your Order.

Your order will now have been placed, but InTheOutlet.com will not start processing your order until you have paid the full amount.
To complete payment of your items by Western Union, go to your local Western Union branch, or go to their website, and follow the instructions.

This page shows you how to choose a shipping method for your order, estimate shipping cost and shipping times, and gives other useful information on InTheOutlet's shipping process.

Choose a Shipping Method
 
You can choose the shipping method you want on the Billing, Shipping, and Review page during the Checkout process. There are three main shipping methods to choose from:
 
Expedited Shipping
This shipping method is the fastest available. Delivery times are between 3 - 5 days to all major destinations. Shipping costs vary with item, but all orders that use expedited shipping will receive a 36% discount on shipping costs. Such as DHL.
 
Standard Shipping
Standard shipping takes a bit longer than expedited shipping but costs less. Delivery times are between 6 - 8 days to all major destinations. Shipping costs vary with item, but all orders that use standard shipping will receive a 50% discount on shipping costs. Such as EMS.
 
Air Mail
For some items, there is an option to ship your order by Air Mail. If your order qualifies for shipping by Air Mail it will automatically appear as an option when you checkout. Delivery times are between 15 - 20 days for all major destinations. Although the delivery time is much longer, shipping costs are much lower if this option is chosen. Order tracking and shipping insurance are not available with shipping by Air Mail. Please take this into consideration when choosing this option. Such as Hongkong Post.

Some of our items also have extra savings on shipping. Look out for following stickers on our products:
 
Any products with the Free Shipping sticker have no shipping costs, regardless of location or item quantity. Delivery times are usually the same as standard shipping.
 
Some products carry the Bulk Sale Free Shipping sticker. This means that shipping is free or discounted when a certain number of items are ordered. More details can be found on individual product information pages that carry this sticker.
 
 
Calculate Shipping Costs
 
Shipping costs are calculated individually for each order based on the number and weight of items in your order, as well as the shipping method chosen. For this reason, the price displayed on product information pages does not include shipping.
To estimate shipping cost for any product item or combination of items:
l  On the item's product information page, click the Add to Cart button . You will be then taken to your Shopping Cart page.
l  View the total shipping costs for the items in your cart under Estimate Shipping Costs at the bottom of the page.
l  Choose the country you want your order delivered to from the Ship to: drop down menu for a more accurate calculation of your shipping costs.
l  You can also access your Shopping Cart at any time by clicking the Cart  at the top of every page on InTheOutlet.com.
Note: Adding an item to your shopping cart puts you under no obligation to order. If after viewing estimated shipping costs you no longer wish to order an item, simply click Delete next to the item name in your shopping cart to remove it.
 
 
Estimate Total Delivery Time
 
Before your order is shipped, InTheOutlet has to process your order and put all your items through its strict quality control tests. Because of this, Total Delivery Time is different to shipping time alone.
Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Packaging Time + Shipping Time
  • Processing Time
The time we received your order to the time we start packaging your order. The time to get your order looked at, your payment confirmed, and to make sure the shipping address is correct.
Minimum time: 1-2 business days.
We do not process your order on Sunday or holidays. Allow an additional 1 to 2 days for weekend orders.
  • Packaging Time
After your order is processed, we send it to the warehouse. If the product is still in stock, it will be shipped in a day or two. You will be notified if your order is not in stock. Minimum time: 1-2 business days
  • Shipping Time
The time it takes for the shipping company to drive or fly your package to you. The time varies depending on which shipping method you choose.
Minimum time: 3 - 5 business days (with Expedited Shipping).
 
 
 
InTheOutlet RETURN POLICY
 
Below is InTheOutlet’s return policy. If you want to return item/items to us, please read and follow the instructions listed. You should also call our Customer Support Hot-line and one of our customer sales representatives will be glad to help you. It is crucial to understand our return policy and make certain the criteria are met before physically sending item/items back to us.
 
How to Refund a Product?
Several conditions must be met before InTheOutlet will refund an item. We also offer partial refunds if conditions for a full refund is not met. You should also call our Customer Support Hot-line and one of our customer representatives will be glad to clarify for you.
 
We only alow a complete refund for items that have problems caused by InTheOutlet. This means that damaged items not caused by InTheOutlet cannot warrant a full refund.
If the returning package doesn’t include all the accessories and parts it was shipped with, the cost of the accessories and parts will be deducted from the total product price and can only warrant a partial refund.
 
Want to Replace a Product?
Several conditions must be met before InTheOutlet will replace and item. You should also call our Customer Support Hot-line and one of our customer representatives will be glad to clarify for you.
InTheOutlet will ship the replaced package back to you with no charge! We will handle all the necessary shipping fees (from InTheOutlet back to you).
 
Need to Repair a Product?
InTheOutlet.com will repair your item/items if there is ever a problem with it. You should also call our Customer Support Hot-line and one of our customer representatives will be glad to clarify for you. A repairing fee might apply depending upon the reason and condition of damaged item.

When the package finally returns to our office, we will examine the item, identify the problem, and send the package on its way for repair. Note that the time it takes to repair will differ from item to item. For more information please call our customer representatives for clarification.

 

Instructions For Returning Faulty Goods
 
Before returning goods, please contact us first to discuss the issues you are having. 90% of the time we are able to sort out the problem by giving technical support, without you having to send anything back.

If there are irremediable defects with the devices, you can return them back to us for repair or replacement under our ten days warranty.

Please contact us first., and we will offer you a return code (e.g. RETURN10208) and our return address, along with additional important instructions.

Generally we advise you to return faulty goods by sending them through the Post Office rather than using couriers like DHL, UPS, and TNT. Normally it will take 2 weeks to return goods to us by Post Office.

If you did not buy your product directly from InTheOutlet.com, you will need to contact the vendor who sold it to you.
 
 
Sales Tax Info.
 
Do I have to pay VAT or any other form of sales tax on products bought through InTheOutlet?
We do not add any additional charges to you orders, and you are not liable for any Chinese taxes. However, you may still be liable for paying fees or taxes to others besides InTheOutlet. Charges to look out for is:

-    Any import duties that levied at customs in your country.

Please note that if you are re-selling (or dropshipping) goods from InTheOutlet, please make sure you comply with tax (and other) regulations for selling goods in your home country and your product's destination country.

Taxes, Customs & Duties
 
Taxes on imported goods
We don't add taxes, VAT, or other hidden charges. You pay what you see on the checkout page, i.e. goods subtotal + shipping cost.
However - In most countries in the world you have to pay taxes on imported goods. Sometimes goods under a certain value, or in certain categories, do not incur taxes.
The rules are different in every country.
In any one country the rules are often applied differently in different places, and sometimes rather randomly.
InTheOutlet is based in China. We are a Chinese company. Therefore anything you buy from us is going to be imported as far as your country's customs are concerned.
Unfortunately there is no way for us to know the rules, regulations, customs, traditions, practices, loopholes, schemes, systems, paperwork, codes, laws, or rulings of any country.
As such we cannot, and will not, offer advice about taxes in your country.
As the buyer, it is your responsibility to find out that information before you order.
If you have to pay import taxes and/or additional duties and sales taxes (e.g. VAT in the UK) then you would have to pay that to the courier upon receipt of the package(s) from China. Unfortunately we can't calculate this for you and there is no way to pre-pay it. If you are drop-shipping or sending a gift item to someone else please make sure they are aware of the possibility of having to pay taxes when receiving the goods.
If you order goods from us and feel that you've been unexpectedly 'stung' with taxes at your end, please don't blame us.
Please find out as much as you can about your import taxes in your own country before completing your order.
If you find out information about the import tax situation in your country, and you believe there are ways for you to minimize the taxes you have to pay (or eliminate the taxes altogether), we are more than happy to follow your instructions regarding labeling, packing, declarations, invoices, etc. Just tell us what you need and we will let you know what we can do to help.
 
How much tax do i need to pay?
Please note that all import taxes / duties are the buyer’s responsibility.
InTheOutlet.com will accept no responsibility for customs costs incurred.
Many countries do not charge import duties on private items, samples, and goods below a certain stated value.
However, you may find that you have to pay taxes when goods you’ve ordered from us arrive in your country.
Obviously you will want this to be as low as possible, but InTheOutlet CANNOT give you advice or information about tax rates and customs charges in your country.
You must ensure you find out about regulations in your own country before ordering from InTheOutlet.com. In most countries the actual origin of the goods (China) is not important: only the declared value of the goods and declared contents is relevant.
Let us know if you have any special packing or labeling instructions when placing your order.

Can you declare $ X for my order to avoid import taxes?

Question: "I am in [COUNTRY]. If the order is declared over USD [TAX THRESHOLD] then I will be painfully taxed. Can you help me by declaring the goods at [VERY LOW VALUE]?"
First, we will do our best to help you with import regulations.
If you have special instructions for the waybill and invoice declaration on your orders, you need to tell us these instructions every time you order, using the online checkout comments box. One such example is instructing us to declare the value below a certain value.

Can we always declare low? Like, under $30?
The answer is NO, NOT ALWAYS... because your order value may be much higher than this and declaring that low value would not be feasible.
Provided the value of your order / type/ quantity of the items is suitable for a declaration under $50, we will do our best to help you with this.

If you need advice about whether a particular declared value is deemed possible, before you pay, you can check out an order and submit a ticket with your order number. We will then look at the contents of your order and your country and assess what declared value is sensible.

 

For Dropshippers
 
If you are dropshipping an order to your customer, please make sure the shipping address for your order is the same shipping address used for your PayPal payment. If the shipping address you used for paying by PayPal does not match the shipping address for your InTheOutlet order then there will be delays in confirming your payment.

OFFLINE COLLECTION, USE & DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION

As you might expect from InTheOutlet.com, the majority of information that we collect is obtained through our Site, and this Privacy Policy applies only to that online collection of personal information. We also try to protect the privacy of you personal information that is collected offline. For example, customers may call us to place an order or to ask questions. During the call, we will ask only for the personal information we need in order to place the order or to answer the question. When we need to store information (such as order information), we will enter it into our database through SSL encryption (See the Data Security section above for more information). There are other ways we could learn of personal information offline (for example, we suppose someone could send us a letter including some return address information), and this Policy does not discuss or try to predict all of those methods or uses. Reviews and Comments

You warrant that your Submissions, in whole or in part, are clear and free of any IP right infringement, disputes or third party claims. InTheOutlet.com assumes no liability for any misuse of copyright or any other rights of third parties by you. You undertake to defense for and indemnify the Sponsor against any losses caused due to the use of the entries for any purposes.
 
In addition to the rights applicable to any Submission, when you post comments or reviews to the Site, you also grant InTheOutlet.com the right to use the name that you submit with any review, comment, or other Content, if any, in connection with such review, comment, or other content. You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the reviews, comments, and other Content that you post on this Site and that use of your reviews, comments, or other Content by InTheOutlet.com will not infringe upon or violate the rights of any third party. You shall not use a false e-mail address, pretend to be someone other than yourself, or otherwise mislead InTheOutlet.com or third parties as to the origin of any Submissions or Content. InTheOutlet.com may, but shall not be obligated to remove or edit any Submissions (including comments or reviews) for any reason.

Any termination of this Agreement shall not affect the respective rights and obligations (including without limitation, payment obligations) of the parties arising before the date of termination.

Arbitration

Where the parties fail to settle dispute within 30 days after such dispute occurs, they agree to submit such a dispute to Hong Kong International Arbitration Center (the “HKIAC”) for arbitration which shall be conducted in accordance with the HKIAC arbitration rules in effect at the time of applying for arbitration. The arbitral awards are final and binding upon both parties.

Remedies

No right or remedy of InTheOutlet.com shall be exclusive of any other, whether at law or in equity, including, without limitation, damages injunctive relief, attorneys' fees and expenses.

No instance of waiver by InTheOutlet.com of its rights or remedies under these terms and conditions shall imply any obligation to grant any similar, future, or other waiver.
