What Is The MOQ Of InTheOutlet?
InTheOutlet has no minimum order quantity, and we can ship single item as samples or large quantity orders worldwide.
Is There A Catalog / Pricelist Available?
Due to the dynamic nature of our product line as well as well as our effort to provide lowest price to our customer, compiling a catalog would not be very fruitful.

Can I Cancell An Order Placed Wrongly?
1- CANCELLATION BEFORE PAYMENT
If you have not paid for your order, there is no need to contact us to cancel it. We receive hundreds of 'test' orders each day which our members are using to quote certain cart contents and save the invoice for later reference.
We ignore all orders until a matching payment is received. So if you haven't paid, don't worry, we're not processing your order.
You are under no obligation to follow through and pay for an order just because you checked out your cart online. If you want to do test orders to save certain invoices for later you are welcome to do this.
If your order is more than a week old please note you may not be able to "reactivate" it by sending payment, because the prices of the items may have changed as well as the shipping rates and the currency conversions. You may need to repeat the order with a new cart.
2. - WITHDRAWING AN ORDER AFTER PAYMENT
If you have placed an order and you HAVE PAID, and you want to CANCEL, please contact us as soon as possible.
If you are uncertain about something on your order and you think you want to change it, please contact us and put the order on hold while you decide. This will stop the packing process so you still have a chance to make changes.
If the goods have already been delivered we cannot cancel or change the order.

What Is The Meaning Of Drop-ship?
Drop-ship is common among the Electronics retailing business. Drop-ship means a reseller instruct their wholesale counterpart, which may be located in a duty free zone, to ship out orders according to the reseller and delivering directly to their customers in a as and when basis. The reseller does not actually take the job of stocking, packaging and shipping.

In practice, it is possible for you to discuss any return issue with us, and provide our return code and address to your customer. Then they can post a faulty item back to us in China and we can ship the replacement directly to them, without you having to handle any products. Obviously this is the most suitable solution when your customers are in different countries.
In terms of customer support and technical support for devices, the responsibility rests with the vendor, i.e. YOU if you are drop-shipping. We will of course provide as much help to you as we can, and with technical questions it may simply be a matter of relaying our information to your customers.

When we handle your order,there may be some unexpected issues,e.g.you ordered a piece of jersey but forgot to tell us which size you want.If you find your order is in such status,please check your email or phone,we may had contacted you but failed.We also suggest you to contact to submit a ticket, it's easy to solve your problem.
Void
The order in this status will be irremediable and useless.The most possibility is that you asked us to cancell an unpaid order.
